Tips to Pass Exam

What should I bring to the exam? You must bring identification. ex. Drivers license, State ID, passport.

Bring a list of medications. If you take a narcotic, amphetamine or habit forming drug, it is regulation that you have a not from the treating provider stating you are safe to operate a CMV while taking the medication. You can print this form MCSA-5895.
